With over 15 years experience, Susan is able to utilise her broad industry experience and management skills in leading PDT’s team of talented professionals. Susan believes that maintaining a positive work environment and keeping up to date with market trends and design principles are integral to PDT’s success. As part of her role as a Managing Director, Susan provides a vital link between the board and the day to day operations of the business while overseeing the firm’s strategic direction and business development opportunities.
