Tim’s experience as Project Architect encompasses a wide range of building types including residential, educational and commercial, however he has particular expertise in the retail sector,particularly in refurbishment projects. For the past ten years, Tim has been the Project Architect for Coles Supermarket upgrades throughout Queensland. Tim has also developed a personal interest in environmental and heritage architecture. He has been in charge of numerous heritage listed buildings which have required preparation of conservation plans and restoration works. Tim is interested in the social and economic advantages gained from Environmental Sustainable Design(ESD) to improve user comfort, reduce building operating costs and reduce the impact on the environment. He is also qualified to perform energy rating compliance for residential buildings. Tim is also the Manager of the office Quality Certification and the office Environmental Certification, both of which are compliant with the International Standards Organisation and third party certified.
