PDT was commissioned to develop this CBD office space into a modern private 2 floor residential gallery.

This private gallery is located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.

The two storey tenancy within the existing commercial premises, involved total refurbishment, including an extension to mezzanine flooring to house a private art collection.

The tenancy doubles as a city “loft” residential retreat.

The new design includes elements which provide flexibility for use of space with neutral canvases.

The intent of this renovation was to make the art and its envelope work fluently together, creating a sense of harmony between artifact and architecture.
