The pdt interior design team worked closely with Suncorp to accommodate and co-locate a number of Suncorp information technology infrastructure teams across three floors of the prominent heritage listed art deco building at 501 Ann Street. The spaces include open plan office, meeting rooms, staff breakout and tea zones, IT specialist rooms and facilities and new amenities on each floor. All building services were upgraded to comply with certification standards. The resultant design creates a functional new environment for Suncorp IT staff which retains and enhances the significant heritage features of a prominent Brisbane building.
