The design brief for Baulderstone’s Queensland headquarters, located in the vibrant Kelvin Grove Urban Village, was to create a healthy and inclusive workplace to support their successful commercial business and top drive their collaborative and transparent culture.

Following intensive strategic planning and research sessions, pdt designed an interactive work space which cleverly balances productive work space with exciting, social hubs, which encourages staff to feel a sense of belonging and pride in their workplace.

Construction elements integrate into the fitout in robust forms, exposed finger joints and raw timber, stone and concrete finishes. A confident colour section added in a very refined and defined manner has a playful and interactive feel. Baulderstone’s notable project history is depicted in the bold graphics of projects throughout the office.
