Telstra Customer Contact Centre
The vision for Telstra’s fifteen-floor contact centre fit out was to consolidate multiple call centre teams and transform the old Brisbane City Council building into a practical, flexible, modern and original facility that would promote a vibrant and healthy work environment. Pdt’s design kept within the project budget while overcoming a narrow building footprint, dark and outmoded interior and inefficient energy usage. The resultant design achieves a 4 star NABERS rating, successfully reduces Telstra’s local and national tangible business costs, and improves user satisfaction.
