This project involved the masterplanning, concept design and documentation for a new P-7 State School. The landscape design incorporated a central focal court with secondary courtyards designed to assist with way finding. The planting palette emphasised the use of hardy, drought tolerant plants with contrasting colours and textures to provide interest throughout the year and also aid in student learning. A key requirement of the landscape plans was the incorporation of Disability Access considerations, so the whole site is accessible to all students.
