If you haven’t already heard — we’ve made a pretty big announcement recently. We’ve officially opened three new locations in Rockhampton, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast.

This move marks an exciting milestone in our journey, one driven by growth, connection, and a long-standing commitment to the communities we serve.

Why This Matters

For years, we’ve worked across Queensland, delivering civic upgrades, transport infrastructure, health facilities, and education spaces that respond to local needs and local identity.

What we’ve learned along the way is simple: being present matters. Projects thrive when you’re on the ground, building relationships, responding in real time, and deeply understanding place.

That’s why we’re expanding. These new locations bring us closer to the people and places that continue to shape our work and give us the ability to respond more directly and collaboratively than ever before.

Meet Our Regional Leads

Each new location is supported by experienced team members who know the region, understand the challenges, and are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes while our three Directors continue to run and develop our Brisbane headquarters each of us will also be a face for the new locations:

Rockhampton – Miranda Sheehan

Born in Rockhampton and raised across Bundaberg, Clermont, and Innisfail, Miranda brings deep personal and professional ties to Central Queensland. Her background in health, community, and the public sector gives her a unique understanding of the region’s needs and opportunities. With a permanent base now established in Rockhampton, Miranda leads our regional efforts with a focus on connection, collaboration, and place-based design.

Sunshine Coast – Annie Yang

Annie spent her early childhood and all her school years on the Sunshine Coast, where her family ran a well-loved local restaurant. Growing up immersed in the rhythms of the community, she developed a strong connection to the region and its people. A long-time Coast resident, Annie now leads with a focus on sustainable, people-centred design across multiple sectors, bringing warmth, practicality, and purpose to every project she touches.

Gold Coast – Oliver Thessman

Originally from New Zealand, Oliver spent his formative years in Dubai before his parents settled on the Gold Coast. With deep ties to the region, he began his career working on the Gold Coast University Hospital, an experience that laid the foundation for his hands-on approach to major infrastructure delivery. Today, Oliver is leading significant projects across the region, bringing a collaborative spirit and practical insight to every stage of the process. His understanding of the local landscape and commitment to purposeful design make him a key contributor to Queensland’s dynamic growth.
