Built over 3 stages, the Moreton Daily Stadium morphed from a concept design to a boutique 10,000 seat stadium and is the proud home of the Redcliffe Dolphins.

PDT Architects were approached by Paynters (formerly Paynter Dixon) to produce a concept design to obtain local, state and federal funding. Once funding was secured, the design team proceeded to document stage one – the Western grandstand seating 3,100 people and includes the upper corporate area seating 350 people for dining and other functions.

The 3 grandstands were constructed using pre-cast hollow planks on precast concrete or steel beams, enabling a shorter construction time as 70% of the stands were manufactured off-site. This strategy aligned with the short periods during the QRL off-season to minimise disruption to the playing season.
