In 2023, PDT marked its 85th year in business and welcomed a new board of directors. As we look back on a year filled with design excellence, we extend our gratitude to our dedicated team. Approaching 2024, we are excited about the upcoming phase of innovation and growth.
A warm welcome also goes to the talented individuals who recently joined our team, bringing unique skills and fresh perspectives. Their passion for design aligns with our commitment to exceeding client expectations. As we journey forward, we eagerly anticipate their contributions to our success and the realisation of exceptional project outcomes.
We asked them to share their thoughts on their time at PDT so far, and here's what they said...
Ashley… "Success is dependent on an array of circumstances. What I like about the direction of PDT under Annie, Ollie and Miranda, is their ability to lead based on trust, care and good humour."
Mari… "My short time at PDT has been wonderful! From day one, I have been blown away by the positive company culture. Whether you are asking project related questions or, just a general "how 'ya going?", the whole team is welcoming and supportive. It is refreshing to be part of a company that has a bit of fun. With the variety of projects on the go at the moment and the power teams behind them, I am very excited to see the great things to come from PDT and I am thrilled to be part of such an innovative team."

"In my short time at PDT I have been lucky enough to be thrown in to a number of different project typologies from public and health projects, through to rail. Everyday is different and everyday is the kind of busy you aspire to have in your working life. The team at PDT are a wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and supportive bunch. The work is serious, but the people are not. I can’t wait to continue to grow in this office and continue to get to know the team."
Noshin… "It’s been a busy few months since starting at PDT, but I have found everyone that I’ve worked with to be really helpful and willing to answer all of my (many) questions. I’ve found it to be a really fun and supportive office and I really look forward to what I learn in my coming time here."
Isaac… "In the first three months I have been here, I have found my time at pdt extremely welcoming, thought provoking and enjoyable! I’ve been able to work on a vast array of projects ranging from emergency services and transport infrastructure to heritage buildings and mixed-use residential apartments, allowing me to experience many facets of the industry. Additionally, every team member and project leader has been happy to share their extensive knowledge with me, answering my never-ending questions and helping me bridge the gap between university and practice. I’m looking forward to what’s in store for the future!"
Neda… I am happy being part of PDT. This is by far the nicest group of people that I have ever worked with. Everyone is kind and helpful. I am happy to come to work everyday.
