Reflecting on 2025: Growth, Connection and New Beginnings

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year that brought both momentum and pause. It was marked by surges of activity and sudden slowdowns, reflecting the broader shifts across the industry and the impact of the elections. Through it all, we stayed focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering meaningful outcomes while keeping our team together.

One of the most significant milestones was settling into our new Brisbane studio. After a full year in the space, it now feels like home. Designed to reflect how we work and what we value, the studio embodies the sustainable principles we bring to every project. Every decision was made with intention, resulting in a workplace that supports our team and demonstrates our commitment to designing responsibly. We also expanded our presence across Queensland, committing to new locations in Rockhampton, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast. These locations strengthen our connection to regional communities, allowing us to work more closely with clients, consultants, and local stakeholders, and to deliver outcomes that respond to people and place.

Throughout the year, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with clients, consultants, and partners who share our commitment to thoughtful design. And none of it would be possible without our team, their creativity, care, and professionalism continue to drive everything we do.
