The base build upgrade of 241 Adelaide Street included works to the foyer and amenities. The core goal of the project was to turn a tired asset into one that is engaging and retains tenants.

With a narrow foyer footprint restraint, the PDT Architects design team provided a fresh palette that is softened by timber to overcome the space and height perception. The new upgrade works provides an inviting and welcoming ambience.
