Flight Centre Travel Group’s culture is about work hard, play hard and having fun whilst doing it. This was PDT’s mindset when creating an engaging fit-out, which is deemed the Coolest Workplace in Australia. This name wasn’t earnt without reason; with the fit-out containing interconnecting slippery slides, different zones of respite / meeting in forms on planes, double decker buses, cruise boats and train carriages. Each level is themed differently to resonate the brands that fall under the FCTG umbrella.

The fit-out also has a designated gym floor with tanning, massage, yoga and dance studios! Does it not sound like the best place to work in? There is also a roof top bar and restaurant specially designed for the staff with unrivalled views of Southbank, the restaurant also converts to a dance floor and karaoke bar by night!
