When PDT Architects signed the lease for the new McLachlan Street office, it was the start of a journey towards creating a new, innovative studio that reflects the practice vision and values.

The design team took on the challenge, responding to its own brief to create an inspirational, vibrant studio encouraging creativity, sense of community and transparency throughout the two floors and expansive roof terrace space.

With an interconnecting stair providing a strong visual connection between floors and full height glazing that flood the workplace with natural light, the entrance and reception areas are activated. The innovative use of space and materials in the fit-out emphasises the practices commitment to innovation, creativity, design and sustainable practice.
