Regis Wynnum

The design of the Regis Wynnum facility was created to enable residents to ‘live well’ and make the most of its seaside position to offer indoor and outdoor living.

PDT Architects met the brief to provide a contemporary, inviting and progressive new facility and refurbishment of the existing building to reflect the new design. With a series of user group meetings, the Regis group expectations were established and incorporated into the design, like raised vegetable garden beds for resident participation, walking paths and seating areas.

Additional services were also added to create a premium facility that can accommodate up to 94 residents. These services include day spas, treatment rooms, hydrotherapy baths, hairdressers, private dining areas, cinema rooms, libraries and a café.
