In the heart of North Lakes Town Centre, the Corso (which achieved a 5-Star Green Star Public Building V1 As Built Rating) is an exciting addition to this vibrant community and a significant investment in its future.

PDT’s final design was inspired by the public art theme, ‘Yurri-Gurri-Come This Way”, which promotes growth, connectivity and activity. The built form includes a library atrium with extensive glazing that link the programme uses and providing varied public spaces, The Corso creates a sense of place – where people come to interact, engage and self-expression.
