Emphasising on the ‘dreaming and inspiration’ part of travel, the Flight Centre Global Retail Store rollouts’ innovative design encourage interaction between visitors and consultants, creating an exciting and engaging customer experience.
PDT Architects were briefed to create a new store design that presents Flight Centre as a modern, inviting retail space that facilitates customers to engage more openly with the product and consultants. The introduction of a “Discover Zone” aimed to inspire and educate customers about their trips, giving easy access to brochures, scribble maps and consultants. A great deal of consideration was given to ensure that the new Flight Centre design was able to be replicated and translated to multiple locations globally to preserve the brand’s identity.
