The Kawana Shoppingworld, co-owned by Mirvac and ISPT, is a sub-regional shopping centre located in Buddina, Sunshine Coast. The Kawana Shoppingworld Development was a 5,000m2 extension to the existing complex which included a new carpark, retail and food precinct and cinema shell.

The award-winning development by PDT Architects, features a new eight-screen cinema – the first on the Sunshine Coast offering V-Max and Gold Class experience, a multi-deck carpark and exciting new food destinations at street level.
