Following on from the successful reference design, established in consultation with Queensland Rail as part of the Tranche 4 project suite, PDT were engaged under the contractor for delivery of the Morningside Station Accessibility Upgrade. PDT assisted the awarded contractor in development of construction documentation and delivery of the station upgrades over the duration of the contracted construction program.

Morningside Station works included; a new footbridge with lift access, Improved accessible parking, raised platforms, upgraded hearing augmentation loops and tactiles, upgraded security and lighting, new signage and wayfinding, and upgraded station office and facilities.
