The Boundary Street project is located within a key medical hub of the Brisbane CBD. Compromising of 10 levels overall, four are dedicated to car parking and five levels to medical suites.
With the DA submitted, PDT Architects were engaged by Silverstone Developments to commence design and documentation of the 10-storey health care service.
The building encompasses many features, specifically incorporated for the medical industry. Such features include large floor to floor heights, over-sized lift cars, ambulance bays and large plant areas. The new project also incorporates a street level café fronting Boundary Street, high quality end of trip facilities and a large rooftop garden terrace.
