With the same design team, project management and building from Energex Warehouse Depot at Stafford, the Energex Greenslopes Depot is another successful project from PDT Architects. The multimillion-dollar redevelopment of the existing site includes a 5000m2 multi-level office complex with one full level of carparking, hardstand and site improvements, new truck wash bays, new streetscape landscaping and state of the art security features.

With the completed redevelopment, the Energex Greenslopes Depot will cater for nearly 80 response vehicles, increase light vehicle parking to 130 and accommodate more than 200 Energex employees, including design, filed and project staff from the existing depot and other Brisbane locations.

The new office complex includes large and small meeting rooms, resource and printing areas, quiet rooms, collaboration zones, staff breakout spaces, hot desk zones, open workstation areas, kitchen facilities, outdoor dining, two new lifts and amenities with locker facilities for all staff.
